In this role, you’ll assist customers at the parts counter, manage counter sales transactions, and ensure a smooth, efficient customer experience. Compensation:

$40,000-$50,000 Responsibilities Lead counter sales and deliver exceptional customer service Assist customers with product selection and order processing Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory transactions Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to fulfill orders Support process improvements and operational efficiency Occasionally visit customers to distribute promotional materials, share information about current offers, and help strengthen relationships Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent customer service and communication skills Willingness to learn and be trained on HVAC parts and systems Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Prior experience with HVAC parts or in a sales/customer service role is a plus, but not required Why Work at Brooks Building Solutions?
