What You’ll Do:
Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude Help identify and locate replacement parts using schematics, descriptions, or model numbers Answer phones and assist with incoming calls Recommend and order both in-stock and special-order parts Process transactions, returns, and orders accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store appearance Deliver outstanding customer service in both
English and Spanish What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual:
Fluent in Spanish and English (required) People skills – you love helping others! Appliance parts experience a plus, but not required Comfortable handling multiple calls and tasks Energetic, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and time-management skills A team player with a can-do attitude Ready to apply?
