As a Parts Clerk at Cirkul you will receive, unpack, and deliver goods. You will be responsible for restocking items as necessary and labeling shelves. What does an average day look like?
Driving Results:
Receives, counts, and inspects equipment materials to ensure accuracy, quantity, and quality.
Taking Ownership:
Assists Parts Administrator with tracking orders from requesting a quote to invoice payment of a fully received order. Receives, counts, and inspects equipment materials to ensure accuracy, quantity, and quality.
Making Decisions:
Make periodic inventory cycle counts of parts room items to ensure proper identification, evaluation of rate of use, and estimation of re-supply needs .
Cultivating Relationships:
Communicate regularly with Vendors to price check part costs, request quotes, investigate lead times, and ensure deposit/invoice payment for released orders.
Instilling Trust:
Responsible for storing and controlling the issuance of equipment parts to technicians.
Customer Focus:
Will process requests from multiple departments for parts room items. What background should you have? Must be proficient with Windows 10 or 11 for accurate data entry and record keeping. Limble experience is ideal, but not required. Must have inventory experience. Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time. Good communication and interpersonal skills needed.
