As a Parts and Service Associate , you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the parts and service department in various duties. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities include : Maintain parts showroom and inventory Complete inventory cycle counts Cashier customers for parts sales and service work orders Ability to suggestive sell parts and service to customers Complete trailer hookup process with new trailer sales Contacting customers in the case of additional work to relay the details and extra costs. Developing cost estimates, logging needed parts, and the time needed for repairs, and scheduling the most appropriate Service Technician. Complete Warranty cases in a timely manner Focusing on customer retention by building relationships Keeping track of service and inventory records Contacting clients regarding the status of Trailers Performing post-repair services (trailer delivery, quality checking, etc.)
Requirements :
Previous experience with trucks and trailers is a plus Strong negotiation skills to procure necessary parts and services Proficient in data entry and computer systems Mechanical knowledge to assist with Trailer repair and fabrication Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively AATC will require a background check, and reserves the right to drug screen all of its employees at random. Valid driver’s license Must maintain a professional appearance
