This position will manage customer relationships and frequently serve as a liaison between technicians while assisting with parts department. Assist customers by phone, internet, and in person with price quotes and parts sales. Making sure floor the floor is re-stocked daily Communicate frequently with technicians & part accessories Lead and coach others Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installation Maintain acceptable customer satisfaction Qualifications Parts experience 2+ Problem solving
