The ideal candidate has a can do attitude, a strong attention to detail and can multi-task.

SUMMARY:

Set customer SPO appointments, review SPO Tracking Log, contact factories/vendors for ETAs and update in SPO Tracking Log

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Call customers with updates on special ordered parts. Scan documents and provide clerical support. Follow up on back-ordered parts and replenish fast moving parts inventory daily. Notify the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have delays, progress, or have been received. Call manufacturers and place orders for parts, write SPO’s for order and attach copy to RO for customer/service as needed Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special ordered parts

REQUIREMENTS

Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test Retail/Parts/Customer service experience required. Prior RV/automotive parts experience a plus Background and drug screen required.
