Description
Join our team as a Parts Associate and play a key role in ensuring accurate parts fulfillment, efficient inventory management, and excellent customer support. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receive daily deliveries (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.) and inspect shipments for damage.
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer parts orders.
• Label electronic components for FIFO inventory control.
• Maintain clear records and resolve receiving discrepancies.
• Support internal teams with outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and purchasing to fulfill and quote parts orders
• Load trucks safely and inspect trailers prior to loading; document all machine shipments with photos.
• Verify customer account info, shipping addresses, and payment terms before processing
• Some customer support by answering customer emails and calls about parts, upgrades, or assemblies.
• Occasionally build or modify sub-assemblies; package and tag completed kits.
• Maintain stock levels of shipping and packing supplies; monitor supply usage across departments.

Qualifications/Essential Functions:

• Ability to drive a forklift, use pallets jacks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort with physical work (lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stand, move throughout the day)
• Solid communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to read drawings or bills of materials is a plus
• Team player who can work independently and cross-functionally
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and process accuracy
• Able to work and interact in a “Team” oriented department
• Willingness to assist other departments as directed.
