Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GSE Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational needs of our Ground Support Equipment department. This office-based position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, assisting with equipment scheduling and tracking, and ensuring documentation is kept up to date. The role will also include light physical tasks and occasional assistance in the field. Key Responsibilities Assist and report damages/incidents that occurred to the equipment upon return. Monitor the equipment working risk. Maintain accurate logs and records of GSE maintenance, inspections, inventory, and usage. Track equipment downtime and assist in scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs. Utilize Excel spreadsheets and internal systems to input and analyze data. Assist with preparing reports for management regarding equipment performance and costs. Support procurement and parts ordering processes, including coordinating with suppliers. Organize and file physical and digital documentation (e.g., invoices, inspection forms, work orders). Communicate with Mechanics, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Occasionally assist with inventory counts, moving parts or light equipment, and organizing GSE storage areas. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies. Key Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or vocational certification is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, filtering). Must have previous administrator experience or be a mechanic with administrative capabilities What you will need Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally for inventory or support purposes. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a team environment. Must have schedule flexibility for the weekend and holidays .

Work Environment:

Office-based with occasional visits to equipment storage or maintenance areas. Fast-paced aviation operations setting, requiring flexibility and responsiveness. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds in confined spaces Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment Travel Requirement 10% of the time to internal travel to Jamaica and within the United States.
