Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Parts Representative to join our after-sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales, quoting, or invoicing, and will be responsible for assisting customers with ordering replacement or spare parts. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure accurate quoting, order processing, and high-quality customer service. HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in placing after-sales parts orders via phone, email, or in person. Provide accurate and timely quotes for requested parts. Process invoices and maintain order records in internal systems. Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and following up on orders. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., service, warehouse, purchasing) to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Track parts availability and order status; communicate updates to customers. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions. Support warranty-related parts requests and documentation, as needed.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in sales, quoting, or invoicing, preferably in a parts, service, or technical environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using ERP or order entry systems. HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.
