The supply chain operations team in Miami is looking for a new team member that enjoys working in a very dynamic and international environment, is pro-active, does not back away from a challenge and is committed to help the team reach goals and keep our customers flying. Job Responsibilities In this position you are primarily responsible to make sure that customer requests for the delivery of contracted parts are processed in a timely manner from our world wide warehouses. Prepare the documents and coordinate with our freight forwarders to make sure the parts are shipped per the correct prio, and take action when delays occur or requirements become more urgent.
Main job tasks:
Managing customer flow Assure and register receipt of the order and make sure they are sent to our customers with the correct priority Verify return info is provided and processed on time Keep an overview of the priorities, make sure that questions are answered in a timely manner other Stock balancing between KLM storage locations based on input from KLM Pool Management, prepare shipping documents and release parts from the warehouse. Register in the applicable systems Knowledge, education and experience Proficient in English Ability and willingness to learn and maneuver through KLM specific IT systems Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce application is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Good communication aptitude Strong analytical skills Team player, able to interact well with others, share ideas, and trade feedback Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and over 40 lbs. with assistance.
