We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shop Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our automotive shop. This role is essential for keeping the business organized and running smoothly, with a focus on financial tracking, customer service, and parts management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with shop financial tasks such as tracking expenses and managing invoices Organize and maintain an efficient workspace and workflow Order parts and maintain inventory levels Prepare service estimates and quotes for customers Provide professional customer service, both in person and by phone or email Drive to pick up parts as needed Support the owner/technician in daily administrative duties Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Basic knowledge of automotive parts and services is a plus Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic financial tracking Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Join our team and play a vital role in the success and efficiency of our shop.
