This is a great opportunity to join an established automotive dealership! Gunther as been selling cars in Florida for over 50 years. With dealerships in five locations, including Plantation, Coconut Creek, Delray Beach, Daytona Beach, and Pompano Beach, Gunther employs an average of 650 employees on an annual basis. Gunther Motor Company of Plantation, Inc. specializes in new and used auto sales, leases, service, repairs, parts, and collision services Job Duties Assist and work with customers and automotive technicians to find and order appropriate parts for repairs Provide excellent service to meet internal and external customers’ needs, in person and via phone Assist in tracking, maintaining and ordering parts inventory Read catalog and research parts necessary for repairs Prioritize workload and orders to ensure proper and prompt attention are delivered, always striving to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction Communicate order status with customers, service advisors and technicians Ensure each parts order is reviewed for proper documentation and part charges are properly listed and billed Job Requirements Wholesale Experience is a Plus! Knowledge of ADP/CDK is a plus but not required Ability to work in fast pace and challenging environment Strong customer service and excellent communication skills are required Able to read and comprehend instructions and information Ability to work with computers We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits.
