- Full-Time | Empire Aviation USA | West Palm Beach, FL Empire Aviation USA, a growing FAA-certified Part 145 Repair Station based at Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), is seeking a Parts & Materials Coordinator to support our fast-paced maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Enter parts into our ERP system and file all required documentation accurately Maintain inventory and tooling records, including shelf-life tracking and location management Communicate with maintenance teams to ensure timely parts availability and proper documentation Support special projects like shelf assembly and workspace organization Assist with inventory audits, shipping/receiving, and core returns Keep the parts room organized and compliant with FAA and company standards
Environment:
Deadline-driven, fast-paced maintenance facility High attention to detail and strong multitasking required Occasional high-volume shipment days; must be able to lift 30 lbs+
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in parts, materials, or logistics preferred Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft/Apple software Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working independently and proactively
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM (flexibility to start later on certain days preferred).
