Parts Coordinator Position Available In Polk, Florida

This position provides support to our customers, as well as the rest of the Service department. The parts assistant will have specialized knowledge in the process of ordering, receiving, and pricing all parts needed for the Service department and will work hand in hand with our Parts Coordinator/Manager to help build and grow our parts department.

• Job Duties:

• Assist customers in providing information and estimates on parts and accessories
• Create a seamless experience for customers looking to purchase parts and accessories
• Follow up with customers in a timely manner
• Research pricing and availability of parts and accessories, helping to keep Right Trailers competitive in the market
• Verify information on all parts requests from customers and Service department
• Verify all orders and shipments while keeping customers and the Service department up to date on timelines
• Maintain communication with customer and vendor source, and monitor shipping and installation of product
• Pull parts and accessories as needed
• Prepare required reports, receipts, and tickets

• Education and Experience Requirements:

• Retail customer service/sales experience required
• Drivers license for operating company vehicles
• Previous trailer/RV parts experience preferred
• Must have customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic Accounting skills
