Role:
As a Parts Counter Salesperson, you will be the face of our parts department — assisting customers both in person and over the phone, providing expert advice, and ensuring they receive the correct parts in a timely manner. Your drive, initiative, and dedication to customer satisfaction will make you a vital part of our team. ✅
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with parts inquiries and sales Identify correct parts based on customer needs, vehicle specs, and inventory availability Process orders efficiently, accurately, and professionally Maintain up-to-date product and inventory knowledge Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to fulfill parts orders Handle returns, warranties, and special orders Keep the parts counter and storage areas clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in parts sales (automotive industry) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Familiarity with parts lookup systems, inventory software, DMS (Ignite, Parts Catalogs, etc..)
