Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Review parts requests and provide accurate quotes Process parts orders and manage inventory levels Promote and sell parts and accessories to customers Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues in a timely manner Keep up-to-date on new products, promotions, and pricing changes Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Requirements:
