Parts Counterperson Beaver Mitsubishi 2995 Us Highway 1 South, Saint Augustine, FL 32086 Beaver Mitsubishi of St. Augustine is seeking knowledgeable and reliable Parts Counter Representatives to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automotive industry, a strong working knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds, and a passion for delivering top-tier service both to internal technicians and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter in a friendly, professional manner Accurately identify, locate, and order automotive parts for Mitsubishi vehicles and other makes Use Reynolds & Reynolds system for invoicing, inventory checks, and special orders Maintain proper inventory levels and perform regular stock checks Handle phone inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and orders Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments Monitor back orders and keep customers and techs informed on status Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department Support the service team with fast and accurate parts delivery to shop bays Follow manufacturer warranty parts procedures and documentation Continuously learn and stay updated on Mitsubishi parts systems, catalogs, and recalls Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift

Qualifications:
