If so, Grand Infiniti of Macon wants you to join our dynamic team as a Parts Counter Person!
What You’ll Do:
Assist customers (both in-person and via phone/email) in identifying and ordering the correct automotive parts and accessories. Utilize our parts cataloging system to accurately look up and quote parts. Process customer orders, including invoicing and payment collection. Maintain organized and accurate inventory records. Receive and stock incoming parts shipments. Communicate effectively with service technicians and other dealership personnel. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as an automotive parts counter person is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using computer systems and parts cataloging software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing1 outstanding customer service.2 High school diploma or equivalent.
