The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing parts, and ensuring efficient logistics within the supply chain. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to meet operational demands. This is a temporary contract for 2 months. If we choice to we will cancel, renew the contract or offer a full time employee position. Duties Manage the procurement and inventory of parts, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand. Utilize an order management system to track orders, manage supply chain processes, and maintain accurate records. Oversee logistics operations related to parts delivery, ensuring timely and efficient distribution. Implement effective sourcing strategies to acquire high-quality parts at competitive prices. Coordinate with technition staff to ensure proper storage and handling of inventory. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in parts management or a similar role within a warehouse or supply chain environment. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Experience in sourcing and procurement management is highly desirable. Proficient in demand planning techniques for effective inventory control.
