Key Responsibilities Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating the right parts and accessories. Provide accurate pricing, availability, and compatibility information for all inquiries. Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently using dealership software. Maintain and organize inventory to ensure parts are readily available. Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs. Upsell additional parts and accessories to enhance the customer experience. Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an automotive parts department or similar role preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and accessories. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with dealership software and inventory management tools. High level of organization and attention to detail.
