Customer Support for the spare part business Customer communication related to lead times Support of price calculations and quotations Order processing for spare parts Proactive monitoring of spare part orders Support in spare part process optimization Interface to all departments involved Securing promised delivery time Responsible for escalations to reach the lead time Responsible for internal and external reporting of the spare part business at one key customer Leading the customers consignment stock at the Grenzebach warehouse
Requirements:
Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial or technical field Well structured, organized and independent way of working Willingness to travel approximately 5% of the time Very good MS Office skills Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Analytical thinking skills Basic knowledge of business administration Technical understanding would be beneficial
