Parts Specialist Bashlors Automotive Springfield, GA 31329 Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Parts Specialist / Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing quotes for our customers, ensuring that all components are readily available for our operations. The ideal candidate will possess some mechanical knowledge, along with excellent data entry skills. Your ability to negotiate with suppliers and communicate with our mechanics will be a priority. Duties Customer service is a number one for us. Answering calls from our customers will be part of your daily task. Perform data entry tasks related to customer quotes and order processing. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing for parts procurement. Collaborate with our mechanics to understand their parts needs and ensure timely delivery. Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability of parts. Assist in the development of inventory management strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards. Experience Previous experience in automotive. Proficiency in data entry and computer skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
