Parts Coordinator Cidan Machinery Inc. 665 S Highway 74, Peachtree City, GA 30269 CIDAN Machinery is a global leader in the sheet metal industry. We are looking to add a Parts Coordinator to a fast-growing team. This position is ideal for a candidate with a high degree of organizational skills, combined with computer and software knowledge. This candidate will be asked to develop an environment where they can work to better help our customer’s experience. The purpose of this role is to support CIDAN’s vision of being the industry leader in overall Customer Experience. This position will work closely with Service, Sales, Vendors, Accounting, and Logistics. Sales Order Entry for parts into ERP system Create and Issue Purchase Orders to vendors Involvement in parts safety stock level management Daily communication with customers via email and phone Effective follow-up on customer orders Cross department communication Aid in physical inventory counts Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
