We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of heavy equipment parts and services, with the ability to assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and purchasing heavy equipment parts and accessories. Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained and organized. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing. Provide expert advice on equipment maintenance and service options. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all parts are easily accessible. Stay updated on new products, market trends, and industry developments. Support bilingual or multilingual communication to assist a diverse customer base. (not mandatory) Requirements Previous experience in heavy equipment parts is required. Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and parts. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with customers. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Proficient in inventory management practices. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
