A Bighorn Parts Associate assists customers with finding and purchasing parts for Bighorn vehicles, manages inventory, and maintains the parts department. This role requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of automotive, ATV, UTV parts and accessories, and the ability to use inventory management systems. Responsibilities include assisting customers with orders, receiving and stocking inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Responsibilities:

Perform parts sales transactions with customers by phone and email Package and prepare inventory for shipment Provide freight quote for parts shipments Receive parts ordered and checking shipping documents vs. quantities received Place received parts in designated locations Issue parts needed to technicians and record to track parts inventory Utilizing parts catalogs, computer systems, and other resources to identify correct part numbers and pricing

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills Organized with friendly personality, have exceptional time management skills, and positive attitude Ability to lift 50lbs
