Pay:

$19-21 per hour

Schedule:

On-site daily for the first 90 days, then hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) Our client is a global leader in industrial solutions, specializing in high-quality equipment and services for manufacturing and production. They are known for their commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. They are looking for you, an experienced Spare Parts Administrator with a strong B2B customer service background to support their growing team. This is a contract role with the potential for extension or permanent placement. What You Get to

Do:

Manage the quote-to-cash process for spare parts sales.
Handle customer inquiries, including pricing, availability, and order processing.
Prepare and send quotes in SAP, following up to maximize sales.
Ensure on-time and in-full delivery while managing order backlog.
Coordinate payment terms with the finance team.
Process customer returns and spare parts-related claims.
Maintain regular communication with clients and internal departments.
What You Need to

Succeed:

B2B customer service experience (call center experience is acceptable).
Experience with SAP and Excel (VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables preferred).
Strong order management background is a major plus.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic Outlook proficiency.
