8am – 5pm Purpose of position: The Logistics Parts Center Order Processor is responsible for accurately processing and fulfilling domestic and international orders for parts and chemicals. This role requires a detail-oriented and dependable professional who values high-quality work and takes pride in providing excellent service to both internal and external customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accurately process customer orders using internal systems Receive, inspect, and label incoming shipments daily Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments via carriers including LTL and UPS Label shipments and ensure all documentation is complete and properly filed Provide accurate shipping dimensions and tracking updates as needed Maintain shipment schedules and ensure 2-day shipping commitments are met Perform daily 5S duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace Support monthly inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and service standards Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service Ability to follow procedures, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable using manuals, written instructions, and standard operating procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory systems preferred Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds High school diploma/GED Physical Requirements Sitting at a desk and working on a computer: over 2/3 of the time
