This position requires strong data entry skills The Parts Clerk will ensure that all parts are procured efficiently and effectively, contributing to the smooth operation of our facility. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking parts. Receives inquiries from customers requesting parts, price quotes, and general information either by phone or at the parts counter. Performs part sales transactions either by phone or at parts counter Collaborate with the shop to ensure that all required parts are available for scheduled repairs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to parts availability and order status. Qualifications Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of equipment repair processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
