Auto Parts ProfessionalWe are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Auto Parts Professional to join our team.
About the
Role:
This is a full-time position with a competitive pay ranging from $45,000 – $55,000/year plus bonuses.
You will track and manage inventory, ensuring that popular parts ar always in stock and ordering replacements when needed.
Assist customers and technicians in finding the right parts, providing expert recommendations based on your automotive knowledge.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision.
Take charge of organizing and stocking inventory, keeping our shelves well-maintained and easily accessible.
Your Responsibilities:
Track and manage inventory to ensure timely restocking and minimize waste.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on automotive products.
Collaborate with technicians to resolve part-related issues and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
A couple of years of related experience.
Knowledge of automotive parts is ideal.
