Parts Coordinator – Geismar – D033 Full time position We are in search of a Parts Coordinator for a company in Ascension Parish. The Parts Coordinator is expected to identify, locate and obtain parts to meet customer needs. This role involves maintaining inventory control, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication with customers regarding parts orders and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory control Research and order parts for customers Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers Handle phone and email correspondence with customers regarding quotes and diagrams Perform other duties as assigned
Experience Required:
