Warranty Clerk Job Summary :
Manage all repair orders Enter warranty claims in a timely manner Keep accurate record of repairs via system, email, pictures and paper copy Open and close all repair orders Maintain filing system for repair records so they can be readily available Coordinate with Body Shop Manager to order parts and to correct rejected claims Review daily inspection report
Warranty Clerk Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License with good driving record Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination.
Required:
1 year experience in a Customer Service role experience, especially in an automotive environment. Basic mathematical skills. Required experience using Microsoft Excel and word Effective interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shifts. Operate vehicles safely as per company procedures. Bend, turn, and use peripherals to operate equipment safely. Work in a warehouse environment for up to 8-hour shifts, plus overtime if needed. Exposure to outdoor weather and vehicle fumes.
