Arcco Power Systems is committed to be the leader in the power generation industry. Arcco Power Systems is a leading supplier power generation equipment throughout the Gulf Coast. In this position, you’ll be responsible for providing Best of Class customer service and expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories. The primary responsibility is to contribute to the overall revenue growth and profitability of the company. The role involves frequent interaction and relationship-building with both existing and prospective customers as well as Service Team Members to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction. We’re looking for someone who is detail orientated and has strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will work well across teams, is willing to learn and grow and exercises good judgement. What you’ll be doing: Research and sourcing parts for generators, ATS equipment, load banks and other equipment for all services and sales staff of Arcco Power Systems including distributors, dealers and end user customers. Source parts using manuals and web access. Research availability, quantity, pricing, lead times, shipping information, delivery. Reference company software for availability of stock, price and description of item requested. Create and maintain Sales Orders and Transfers for branches, Warehouses’ and end consumers through to completion Promote the value and benefits of Arcco Power Services to prospective customers via phone and email communications. Serve as a representative of Arcco Power Services by delivering exceptional customer service with accuracy, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities using company software Monitor and update prices, part numbers and descriptions related to inventory Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts. Maintain ownership of returned parts until disposition is complete. Includes all systemic movement. Present information effectively and respond to inquiries from managers, clients, and the public. Address customer part inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by clearly communicating team goals and encouraging ongoing learning and development. Train new team members on all aspects of the parts counter sales process to ensure consistent performance and service standards. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and company goals. All other duties as assigned. What we’re looking for: M Minimum of 1-3 years as Parts Coordinator in an equivalent industry or related operation. Experience with parts research and distribution. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer facing positions Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail.
