They track inventory levels, order new parts, and ensure proper storage and accounting. They also assist customers, internal teams, and suppliers with part identification, ordering, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Tracking inventory levels, managing stock, and ensuring proper organization.
Ordering and Procurement:
Placing orders with vendors, tracking shipments, and coordinating deliveries.
Customer Service:
Assisting customers in identifying needed parts, providing information, and addressing inquiries.
Returns and Claims:
Processing returns, handling warranty claims, and resolving related issues.
Administrative Tasks:
