GM Parts Consultant 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 600 S Morrison Blvd, Hammond, LA 70403 The big picture mission of this position is to optimize gross profit and customer retention as a result of your daily activities with both internal and external customers Responsibilities Identify Parts for Repair, Quote Repair Using Pricing Structures, Source Parts to Care for Customer, Use Selling Skills, Track Lost Sales, Submit Special Order Parts , Know Vehicle Components & Systems, Handle Warranty & Customer Returns , Receiving Parts Collaborate with Other Departments, Take Initiative to Solve Problems , Manage Time Effectively Qualifications Demonstrate knowledge of all GM and ACDelco products, eCommerce initiatives, warranties and sales programs and promotions. Record parts sales through Dealer Management System [DMS]. Work with other departments turning a part customer into a parts and service customer.
