Automotive Parts Advisor Lamoureux Ford East Brookfield, MA 01515 Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. This position requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of automotive parts and services. Responsibilities Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts for their needs. Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with customers and technicians regarding their inquiries. Answering phones in the parts queue. Using specialized parts inventory software to look up parts Skills Parts counter experience in automotive industry or parts store preferred Good organizational skills and ability to multitask. Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Knowledge of automotive service practices and familiarity with various automotive parts.

$18.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
