We are currently seeking a motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented Parts Representative to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

The Body Shop Parts Representative plays a vital role in maintaining efficient shop operations and ensuring timely, accurate repairs. This position is responsible for sourcing, ordering, receiving, and managing parts with a focus on mirror matching all parts to ensure correct fit and finish. Accuracy in this process is critical to maintaining optimal cycle times and ensuring the highest level of repair quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Order and receive all necessary OEM and aftermarket parts based on repair estimates Thoroughly mirror match parts upon arrival to verify accuracy, condition, and compatibility with vehicle requirements Communicate discrepancies or delays immediately to the body shop team to prevent cycle time disruptions Collaborate with estimators and technicians to confirm parts needs and availability Maintain accurate inventory records, and organize and label parts for easy access Process parts invoices and verify all pricing and part numbers against repair orders Handle vendor communications, including returns, credits, and warranty issues Keep the parts department clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Assist with inventory audits and help implement systems to increase efficiency

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive parts, preferably within a body shop or collision repair center Proven ability to mirror match parts accurately and quickly Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Computer literate , with experience using parts ordering systems and Microsoft Office Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to timely performance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
