They provide expert knowledge on products, offer advice on customization, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and inventory management. The role also involves processing orders, handling inquiries, and collaborating with service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Assisting customers with identifying and selecting the correct parts, accessories, and apparel for their powersports vehicles.

Product Knowledge:

Providing expert advice on products, including customization options and maintenance needs.

Order Management:

Processing customer orders, tracking inventory, and managing backorders.

Inventory Management:

Maintaining an organized inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring items are well-stocked and displayed attractively.

Collaboration:

Working with service technicians to ensure proper parts selection for repairs and maintenance.

Sales Support:

Driving sales of parts and accessories, potentially through upselling and recommending related items.
