Parts Specialist Doolittle Trailer Manufacturing 2455 Doolittle Dr, Holts Summit, MO 65043

Responsibilities:

• Manage the order management system to process parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their trailer repair, or equipment repair needs
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts
• Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the items received
• Maintain inventory levels and organize parts in the parts area
• Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts requests and service needs
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to parts and service

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of trailer parts, including OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts
• Familiarity with trailer and equipment repair processes
• Proficient in ordering parts and working with the factory to obtain parts
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and track orders effectively
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing orders and maintaining inventory records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Note:

Previous experience working in a trailer or auto parts business is preferred but not required. We will teach the right person with great attendance and a desire to learn and grow. Pay will be based on experience and sales volume.
