Parts / Service Specialist Midwest Motors-Eureka 1400 South Outer Road East, Eureka, MO 63025

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure parts and materials needed for automotive repairs and upfitting
• Manage inventory to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of parts
• Open repair orders and apply parts to tickets
• Collaborate with repair technicians to identify and order necessary parts
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and organize parts in designated storage areas
• Utilize forklift or other equipment to move and transport heavy or bulky items
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in automotive or parts preferred
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
• Familiarity Dealertrack or similar inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify and source specific parts
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems for data entry, tracking, and communication purposes
