Basic Purpose:
This position exists for high-level administrative support across Taylor International Operations department.
Nature and Scope:
The incumbent will report to the International Warehouse & Logistics Manager. A professional relationship with all existing customers, dealers and logistic providers is critical. The incumbent must assist the Warehouse Manager with all administrative duties in regard to international operations. Warranty functions, quotes, orders and invoicing for Taylor parts and equipment is a key component to this position. Multitasking is essential while striving to meet a challenging workflow.
Principal Accountabilities:
Work collaboratively with warehouse personnel, sales team, and foreign offices to ensure the timely process of customers parts orders, shipment, and delivery.
Maintain and work with databases daily.
Create and update international shipping processes.
Coordinate with customers and freight forwarders to ensure shipments move globally.
Assist with overall international operations and sales including:
Dealers and distributors relations and transactionsQuotesOrdersInvoicing/billingWarranties (ordering, shipping, submitting claims)Analyze orders from system and plan shipment activityTrack and execute shipmentsDocument scanning
Job Skills and Qualifications:
