We are growing fast and looking for a dedicated Parts Assistant to support our busy parts department and help keep our operation running smoothly. What You’ll Do:
As a Parts Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our technicians and service department have the parts they need—on time and at the best price.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting in all day-to-day operations of the parts department Sourcing and quoting parts for service jobs Placing orders and receiving parts into inventory Coordinating with vendors to ensure accurate and timely deliveries Working closely with the service department to ensure we get the right parts the first time Managing inventory accuracy and organization
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in a parts or automotive/diesel service environment preferred Ability to work well with vendors and internal teams Attention to detail and ability to multitask A proactive, team-oriented attitude
