Flexible Hours, 2-3 Days a Week, Part-Time Capital Automotive is seeking an •experienced• Automotive Parts Support Specialist with strong knowledge of Ford vehicles, engine cores, and warranty processing to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers a flexible schedule and is perfect for a seasoned professional looking to stay engaged in the industry while enjoying greater work-life balance in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support parts managers and technicians by identifying, locating, and pulling the correct parts—particularly for Ford models. Apply knowledge of engine cores and warranty return procedures to ensure accurate handling and documentation. Assist with organizing, stocking, and maintaining inventory in the parts room and warehouse. Locate and order parts through catalogs and online systems. Verify receipts, pack orders, and assist with delivery processes as needed. Help maintain order, cleanliness, and efficiency in the parts department. Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Extensive Ford vehicle experience required. Familiarity with warranty processes and engine core returns. Prior experience in an automotive dealership or parts department strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Comfortable working a few hours a couple of days a week. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
