JOB SUMMARY

The role of the Outside Parts Salesperson is to develop and achieve maximum profitable sales volume of products and services from accounts in a designated territory. The role analyzes customer operations to discover future parts, service and requirements. Plan territory coverage and call upon key accounts (current and prospective) regularly. Take parts/service orders, introduce new products and promotions, reemphasize existing products and services Self-motivated person with strong work ethics

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous sales experience. One year parts/service related experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. A general understanding of commercial semi-trailers and vehicles is desirable.

Computer experience/proficiency in the following:

Windows operating system Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Order entry, processing, and invoice generation This Job Is Ideal for

Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL not required) and driving record in good standing. Consent to a drug screening is required. Operate cargo vans, trucks, or larger Step Van vehicles. Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers.
