We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Parts Specialist. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity related to materials used in repair services and parts sales. In this role, you will become the subject matter expert and serve as the go-to resource to ensure all jobs are equipped with accurate and complete martials information within Great Plains (GP). Your work will directly contribute to improved inventory and enhance our customer service. What you’ll be doing: Manage task materials for all Preventative Maintenance and Quoted Repair work orders, as well as new and renewal of maintenance contracts Proactively identify and resolve missing task materials on work orders and contracts Research and validate task materials, updating records in ERP as needed Collaborate with the Contracts team to ensure accurate application of task materials for future contracts Provide parts research support to the Logistics and Parts Sales teams Respond to and resolve issues related to “Pick Lists” creation Create and set up new part numbers in the ERP system Establish and maintain minimum inventory levels for Preventative Maintenance parts Support the Buyer in sourcing and procurement of maintenance parts Utilize internal dashboards and tools to manage data and workflow Assist with general Logistics operations as needed Perform other duties as assigned What we’re looking for: 3-5 years of experience in the generator service industry strongly preferred Experience in parts quoting or service estimation required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail. What’s in it for you? Competitive compensation package
