Parts Control Coordinator 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Laurinburg, NC 28352 POSITION SUMMARY Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, the Parts Coordinator will be responsible for the following items. Import/Export management with understanding of HTS codes, shipping terms, and required documentation. Purchasing of components and MRO related items for the facility Inventory management and safety stock setting/monitoring Coordinate with all team members to craft the materials needed to run efficiently to meet goals. Communicate information of delivery status updates of materials/MRO items Handle unforeseen problems, which may require you to reallocate resources/adjust schedules. Ensure lead times are set and monitored closely as world events may cause delays. Completion/Issuance of directives for production buildouts, spec. changes, and mass production. Completing customer/supplier requested documentation. (shutdown, rampups, usmca, etc. Issue and sign off on Month Performance Reports to suppliers and from customers. Set safety levels, monitor inventory, set and review forecasts, customer orders, and purchasing requirements. The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision. The candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent required Associates Degree preferred Must be computer literate with emphasis on Microsoft Office Experience
