What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the go-to expert behind the scenes ensuring our technicians have what they need, when they need it.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and organizing inventory with precision
- Receiving, shipping, and stocking parts — must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Calling and negotiating with parts vendors for the best pricing
- Handling core returns and processing warranty claims efficiently
- Dispatching parts to technicians accurately and on time
- Keeping the shop stocked and operations flowing smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Great communicator with strong follow-through
- Able to multitask and stay focused under pressure
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
