Role:

This is not your average sales job. You’ll be the face of our brand to local customers, building trust, creating value, and driving parts and service sales with persistence and professionalism. You’ll collaborate with shop management, keep jobs flowing, and hustle to meet monthly goals while staying focused on long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

Hunt down new business through in-person visits and outbound calls Build strong, reliable relationships with current and prospective accounts Partner with shop leaders to ensure seamless service and timely work Analyze your market, spot opportunities, and stay one step ahead of competitors Stay sharp on product knowledge and attend vendor trainings as needed Submit weekly contact reports and maintain accurate CRM records Help resolve billing issues, assist with collections, and support parts inventory as needed Pitch in wherever necessary; dispatching, writing work orders, picking up parts, you do what it takes to get the job done

What It Takes:

Prior experience in outside sales or business development (industry experience a plus) This role requires follow-through and ownership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze numbers, trends, and customer behavior to drive results Strong work ethic and a true team player who’s ready to lead by example Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, field-based environment

Performance Metrics:

Meet or exceed monthly labor and parts sales targets Maintain gross profit margins of 48% or higher Grow your territory consistently—both new and repeat business Submit timely reporting and follow through on all customer interactions

Compensation:
Base Salary:

$50,000

  • 65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Variable Compensation Plan:

Performance-based monthly commissions on gross profit Tiered bonuses for exceeding sales goals Mileage Reimbursement for travel to customer sites Annual Performance Bonus opportunities based on territory growth
