This role is essential in driving online sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This sometimes requires assisting in the warehouse and shipping products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the ecommerce market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage inventory effectively. Duties Engage with customers through online platforms to facilitate sales and provide product information. Maintain an organized inventory control system to ensure product availability and accuracy. Utilize math skills to process transactions and manage sales data effectively. Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their buying experience. Collaborate with management to develop strategies that drive online marketing efforts. Stay updated on automotive trends and vehicle maintenance practices to provide informed recommendations. Qualifications Previous experience in internet sales or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive repair is a plus.
