In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with their automotive needs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining an organized workspace. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their automotive inquiries and needs. Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Conduct inventory control to ensure product availability and manage stock levels. Provide automotive diagnostics support and advice on vehicle maintenance as needed. Maintain a clean and organized counter area to enhance the customer experience. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and operational procedures. Utilize retail math skills to manage pricing, discounts, and sales effectively. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively. Experience in automotive diagnostics or vehicle maintenance is preferred but not required. Proficiency in retail math for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales processing. Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
