Summary As a Parts Representative, you will be a vital team member responsible for managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and driving retail sales. Utilizing core skills in inventory control, cash handling, and communication, you will ensure accurate stock levels and assist customers with their parts needs. Join our team and be a key player in delivering top-notch service in the equipment industry. Parts Representative will have the following responsibilities: 1. Taking parts calls 2. Processing parts orders 3.Assisting with parts department inventory counts 4. Experience in a related field is preferred, but not required. Training time will be paid, MTE provides all of the necessary tools to complete the job. Qualifications Inventory management experience Retail sales background Strong communication skills Proficiency in POS systems Ability to provide excellent customer service Cash handling expertise Familiarity with inventory control procedures Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
